Writing Workshops
In the summer of 2020, I collaborated with my dear friend Alan Pelaez Lopez to offer a series of open access virtual writing workshops called Write With Us Live. We designed 8 workshops, streaming them live on YouTube every Sunday. The workshops are generative, complete with poetry readings, discussion questions, quick exercises, prompts, and sharing. That's right—we invited participants to DM us on Instagram so we could add them to the live feed if they wanted to share a poem. During our most isolated time, we tried our best to nurture creativity and build community. Check out the archived recordings below.
